Challenging operating conditions can trigger stick-slip, fretting corrosion and seizure—leading to accelerated wear and unplanned maintenance. TRCI supplies specialty pastes from Klüber Lubrication and supports application-driven selection, helping you protect components during assembly and under extreme loads or temperatures.
Assembly pastes are grease-like specialty lubricants with a high content of solid lubricants. They form a highly effective separating film to reduce direct metal-to-metal contact, supporting smooth assembly and long-term protection—even where loads, surface pressures or temperatures are too demanding for conventional lubricants.
Assembly and lubricating pastes are recommended where friction points face demanding conditions and you need high load-bearing capability, reliable emergency-running behaviour or durable resistance against challenging media. They are commonly selected to prevent seizure, stabilise friction and improve repeatability in critical assemblies.
Selecting the correct paste depends on the purpose of the assembly and the operating conditions. The right choice helps you reduce friction variability, protect surfaces, and improve repeatability—especially where wear and fretting corrosion can disrupt entire production processes.
With specialty pastes you can support consistent preload forces in bolted joints, simplify assembly, and enable easier disassembly when needed—even after thermal stress. Pastes are also used to improve start-up and run-in behaviour on chucks and machine guides.
TRCI focuses on specialised lubrication solutions where standard approaches reach their limits—so you get the best-fit recommendation for your exact duty cycle and constraints.

For heavy loads, high temperatures and reliable assembly/disassembly.
Automotive manufacturing
For stable friction behaviour, pressure resistance and repeatable assembly.
Food industry (H1 options available)
Where minimising risk in case of incidental contact is required.
Use pastes where you need very high load-bearing capability, protection against seizure/stick-slip, or reliable performance under extreme conditions (application-dependent).
Selected high-temperature pastes can support performance at temperatures up to 1200°C (product-dependent).
Yes—pastes are commonly used to reduce micro-movements and protect against fretting/tribocorrosion risks (application-dependent).
Yes—there are H1 registered paste options for hygienically sensitive environments (where required).
