Stainless steel and polypropylene versions are available for pumping and dosing cleaning and disinfecting agents.

For hazardous areas (ATEX)

ATEX-rated versions are available for zoned hazardous environments (according to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, version dependent).

For food & hygienic applications (FLUX FOOD) 

FOOD versions are available for food-contact processes, designed to comply with applicable food-contact requirements (version dependent).

Materials to Match the Medium

Select pump materials according to chemical compatibility and industry requirements:

  • Stainless steel – for corrosive/neutral liquids and pharma, cosmetic & food applications

  • Polypropylene (PP) / PVDF – for acids and alkalis

  • Aluminium – for fuels and oils

  • Hastelloy-C – for aggressive acids and alkalis

Immersion length & installation flexibility

Standard immersion lengths are commonly available in 700 mm, 1,000 mm and 1,200 mm, with special lengths also possible for specific containers.

 

Motors & System Configuration

FLUX pump tubes can be combined with a wide range of electric and pneumatic drives, including options for demanding industrial applications and hazardous areas, depending on the version.

Tip: A filling system can also be configured with a flow meter for more controlled dosing.
