VISCOPOWER Progressive Cavity Pumps (Series 500)
The FLUX VISCOPOWER progressive cavity pump is designed to handle media ranging from low to high viscosity up to 100,000 mPas. It delivers flow rates up to 80 L/min and pumping pressures up to 15 bar, depending on the application.
A rotating rotor turns inside a fixed stator, forming sealed cavities that transport the product smoothly from the suction side to the discharge. This ensures gentle transfer and a stable, pulsation-free flow.
The VISCOPOWER pump is widely used across industries such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. It handles a variety of media including glue, paints and varnishes, oils, lip gloss, ointments, toothpaste, molasses, tomato purée, and juice concentrates.
